Q: Can I view the products you sell?

A: Yes, although we do not have a retail outlet we do offer an appointment service enabling you to view products at our warehouse in Newark, Nottinghamshire. If you would like to arrange an appointment to view a particular product or range then call us on 0845 094 9037 to arrange a convenient time.

Q: Are the leather chairs real leather?
A: All our leather chairs are made from bicast leather.

Q: Are the chairs ready assembled?
A: All our chairs come ready assembled unless otherwise stated.

Q: Can I choose a delivery date?
A: Yes please call our sales line to discuss your requirements. Saturday delivery can be arranged but there is surcharge applicable. For further information see our delivery terms and conditions.

Q: How often do I need to oil furniture with an oil finish?
A: Once every 4-6 months. We recommend you use a quality wood oil product such as Ronseal and follow the manufacturers instructions.

Q: Can I have a swatch?

A: Yes, subject to availability. Call our sales line if you require a swatch

Q: Are the tables made from solid oak?
A: Yes unless otherwise stated.

Q: Can you get 8 chairs round the 1800mm table?
A: Comfortably seat eight around the Canterbury and Stratford tables but not the Wessex table.

Q: Can you do a deal on sets of 6/8/10?
A: We can only offer discount on orders of 20+ chairs, as they are already priced as low as possible.
