Delivery & Returns
At Furniture Point, we understand you need to know your furniture will be delivered at your convenience & that you are going to love it when it arrives. Our delivery & returns policy gives you peace of mind and offers a range of options.
Delivery
We offer various methods of delivery:
Large Items
Standard Delivery – For just £19.99 we will delivery your order using our premium 2 man service. Our team will take your item(s) to a room of your choice (subject to access)
Express Delivery – Some of our ranges can be delivered via Express Delivery for a small additional charge. You can choose this when placing your order.
Small Items
Standard Delivery – Smaller items are delivered using a palletised service with one man.
Express Delivery – Some of our ranges can be delivered via Express Delivery for a small additional charge. You can choose this when placing your order.
2 Man Delivery – If you require a 2 man delivery for smaller items, we can offer this service for a small additional charge. You can choose this option when placing your order. Some Areas we are unable to Offer a Two man Delivery Service and a one man palletised delivery will be offered. Our Two Man Delivery Service excludes the following post codes: AB41-45, AB53, AB56, AB99,G1-90, FA14, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV41-47, IV52-53, IV55-56, IV63, IV99, KW1-3, KW5-14, LD1-8, LL33, LL35-49, LL51-55, LL58-78,PA1-34, PH32, PH34-44, PH49, PH50, PL10-18, PL22-35, PL95, SY18-20, SY23-25, SY99, TE12, TR1-20, TR23-27, TR93. (Please note that a one man palletised delivery may also be used at exeptionally busy times or at a customers request)
Please note: there are a few areas where we are unable to offer 2 man delivery & also areas where a delivery surcharge needs to be applied. By adding your postcode when placing your order, you will clearly see your delivery options & costs. See below for more info.
Returns
If you receive your order and decide for whatever reason you do not wish to keep some or all of it, just get in touch within 7 days. You can return your items as long as they are still in the same condition as you received them in.
If you find an item is faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can organise a remedy for you.
Delivery & Return details
Large Item Delivery
All of our larger items are delivered using our premium Two Man delivery service whenever possible. Our delivery team will not only make the delivery on an agreed day, but take the order to a room of your choice (subject to access).
We understand that you want to know as soon as possible when you can expect to receive your furniture. At Furniture Point, our experienced customer services team understand your needs and will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date as well as giving you an email confirmation. The team liaise with you to understand any specific delivery requirements.
Our uniformed delivery team will always wear white gloves and over shoes to ensure your home is fully protected.
Our premium service is available at no extra cost and you will only be charged our standard delivery charge at £19.99. This service Exludes the Following post codes:
AB41-45, AB53, AB56, AB99, FA14, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV41-47, IV52-53, IV55-56, IV63, IV99, KW1-3, KW5-14, LD1-8, LL33, LL35-49, LL51-55, LL58-78, PA1-34, PH32, PH34-44, PH49, PH50, PL10-18, PL22-35, PL95, SY18-20, SY23-25, SY99, TE12, TR1-20, TR23-27, TR93. (Please note that a one man palletised delivery may also be used at exeptionally busy times or at a customers request)
We also offer an Express Delivery on some of our furniture ranges. For a small additional charge, we can get your furniture to you quickly. Please note, we are unable to offer 2 man premium service on Express Delivery.
Small Item Delivery
Some of our smaller items are delivered on our standard palletised delivery service. Deliveries are Monday through to Friday but a Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. All orders carry a £19.99 standard delivery charge. We offer an express next day service for an additional charge, you can choose your delivery option when placing your order. This service means your products will be delivered palletised to your door step (please note for flats and high rise buildings delivery is to ground floor only) by a one man delivery team.
We can also offer 2 man delivery for smaller items. This comes at a small additional charge. You can choose 2 man delivery when you place your order.
Delivery Lead Times
We Aim to Deliver all items within two weeks. Occasionally, items are out of stock. If this is the case, we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible to inform you of your order status. We will also suggest alternative products for your consideration if you choose not to wait or look at alternatives, we will happily re-imburse you and cancel your order. some items are speical order and take 4-8 weeks for delivery this will be clearly stated on the product discription if this applies.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email to confirm that your delivery is now with our couriers. If you are unavailable to take your order until after a given date please get in touch.
Notes for all deliveries:
Our £19.99 Delivery offer excludes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Grampians and Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands and some areas of Scotland. Delivery can be arranged to these areas & have a surcharge applied. Please add in your postcode when placing your order and your delivery cost will be shown.
The offer also excludes mainland Europe although we can arrange delivery at an additional cost.
