Delivery POLICY

Our delivery service is a standard 3-5 working days palletised delivery service. Deliveries are Monday through to Friday, a Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. All orders carry a £19.99 standard delivery charge.  We offer an express service for an additional charge please call us on 0845 0949 037 for details.

Our £19.99 Delivery offer excludes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Grampians and Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands and some areas of Scotland. Delivery can be arranged to these areas at an additional cost call 0845 0949 037.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. A member of our couriers delivery team with contact you to inform when your order has been dispatched. Please advise our delivery team of any vehicle or handling restrictions that affect your property.

Delivery Method

Furniture Point has been working closely with its chosen transport companies for over five years. Some of our smaller products will be delivered by a nationwide parcel delivery company. For larger items, we use a trusted third party home delivery provider, your products will be delivered palletised to your door step (please note for flats and high rise buildings delivery is to ground floor only) by a one man delivery team.
